The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Alberta region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and leading strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Alberta region
  • Manage new-client and base-customer growth across enterprise and government accounts
  • Build and maintain key business partner relationships
  • Participate in industry networking events and conferences
  • Lead on strategic proposals and pitches
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams to inform service improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience selling IT services to enterprise and public sector clients in Alberta
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Lead achieving sales objectives and targets
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions
  • Strong strategic planning, business management, and negotiation skills
