Executive Office Coordinator

The role of Executive Office Coordinator at UNDEROOF AUTOBODY requires a highly organized and efficient individual who can multitask with ease. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression of our company.
We are seeking someone who is able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, as well as oversee payroll administration and manage office supplies. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and responding to employee questions and complaints. Additionally, you will need to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to work independently, and are proficient in computer software, we would love to hear from you.
