Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Perfect Electricals Ltd.

Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities
  • Maintain accurate records and files, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: On-site at Perfect Electricals Ltd.

Working Hours: Standard Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
