Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at NEXA CONCRETE INC.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week in English. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and confirm appointments with key stakeholders.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to electronic enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
We offer competitive compensation for this role, estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. This salary range reflects the expected level of experience and qualifications required for the position.
