Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Senior Office Coordinator to oversee the administration of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and implementing new administrative procedures, delegating tasks to support staff, establishing priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they meet company standards
- Delegating work to office support staff and overseeing their progress
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
- Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer and technology knowledge, specifically MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
