Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Nishan Holdings Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Organization: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events; plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders; coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure goals are met.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
