Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Majestic Minds Mental Health & Autism Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff on new procedures.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflicts, and commission systems and components.
  • Coach and monitor staff performance, and plan and control budget and expenditures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our office location.
