Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

At Gold Freight, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and training other workers. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

Responsibilities:

* Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and training sessions
* Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
* Determine and establish office procedures and routines
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
* Answer electronic enquiries
* Compile data, statistics, and other information
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory
* Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
* Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
* Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
* Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
