As a Front Desk Attendant at Coast Mental Health, you will be responsible for monitoring the Front Desk/Reception area of the building. This role requires a high level of customer service and communication skills to interact with tenants and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests and tenants
- Ensure and enforce community rules
- Manage keys and sign-in roster
- Perform security duties, including monitoring the front door and patrolling the building
- Provide building information to clients, including safety systems and guest protocols
- Allow safe and timely access and egress to the building
Requirements
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Certificate in Building Service or Security Guard Training Certificate from a recognized college
- Ability to work with people with mental illness
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
