We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Maple Ridge, Canada. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

Requirements:
