Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at SAVEMORE PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES LTD.

Responsibilities:
  • Record Keeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences attended by the management team.

  • Office Administration

Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to ensure seamless daily operations.

  • Scheduling

Schedule and confirm appointments for senior management and other staff members as required.

  • Communication

Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel in a professional and timely manner.

  • Supply Chain Management

Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth workflow.

  • Travel Arrangements

Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations for company-related trips.

  • Front Desk Services

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas within the organization.

  • Data Entry

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to vital documents.

  • CORRESPONDENCE

Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid annual leave.
