At Paradigm Consulting Group, we're seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our team in Manitoba. As a key member of our Business Development team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while expanding our customer and partner base.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building meaningful relationships. You will be responsible for connecting with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and translating those needs into compelling opportunities and solutions.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Contributing your perspective and experience to shaping Paradigm's overall GTM strategy in Manitoba
  • Managing customer relationships and stewarding existing partnerships
  • Community engagement and relationship expansion
  • Promoting Paradigm consulting services and solutions
  • Understanding our portfolio of services and aligning our value proposition and offerings to client needs and strategic priorities
  • Strategic Account Management
  • Identifying, advancing, and securing new opportunities (sales cycle management) from external and internal sources
  • Developing and executing GTM campaigns
  • Advocating for Paradigm Business Development best practices and end-to-end sales process
  • Collaborating in a 'one team' environment and providing support for key opportunities
  • Working with our local and National partner community to respond to and deliver services and solutions
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record of managing accounts like an entrepreneur, finding creative ways to drive business growth
  • Self-motivation and passion for growth, both individually and for Paradigm
  • Natural ability to connect with others and build rapport
  • A demonstrated commitment to culture and teamwork
  • 8+ years of experience in a Business Development/Account Management role or related and relevant experience
  • Excellent collaboration skills: working with our colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Consultant Care, and Delivery to find solutions to complex opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: ability to speak as a peer with C-level buyers at large enterprises
  • Excellent writing skills (professional and persuasive writing)
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard office productivity software
  • A commitment to cross-organizational collaboration and maintaining a great culture
