The estimated salary for this role is between $70,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.



Job Description



This Business Development Lead will play a key role in developing new business opportunities within the electrical services market. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business development principles and be able to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.



Key responsibilities will include:




  • Developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through effective competitive and market analysis
  • Fostering and building strong working relationships with customers and prospects
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
