Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure our store remains stocked and competitive.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
