We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, manage expenses, and maintain profitability.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and stocking of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement in-store promotions, advertising campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory control software.
- Work Environment: The Store Manager will work in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Physical Demands: The Store Manager will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads, and move quickly around the store.
