Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store remains competitive and attractive to customers.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
