Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, order new stock, and ensure that sales floors are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience, or equivalent experience
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Days Inn Liquor Store, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management on a daily basis. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to lift heavy loads.
