We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory control software.
- Work Environment: The store is a fast-paced retail environment with a high volume of customers.
- Physical Demands: The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads, and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
