- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied with their experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
