- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory control software.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interactions with customers and staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods of time.

- Team Player: The Store Manager will be part of a team, and will need to be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
