Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, provide exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising and promotions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Store Operations: Manage store appearance, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance.
- 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
