Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, stock ordering, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
