IT Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at IT Unlock Consulting Inc. This role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, perseverance, and a strategic vision to build relationships with potential clients and expand the company's client base.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and prospecting strategies.
- Foster positive client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in reaching out to potential clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage rejection, and stay motivated.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
