Key duties include receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, sending and receiving messages, compiling data, statistics, and other information, photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, performing data entry, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities:- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries.
- Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Send and receive messages.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Perform data entry.
- Provide customer service.
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school graduation certificate and be willing to train. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications is required, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional support services.
