Johnson Controls is seeking a Process Excellence Transformation Manager to join our Data Center Solutions group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence and transformation across the organization.
About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering process excellence and transformation initiatives.
- You will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive process improvement initiatives that drive organizational performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Your expertise in Lean methodologies and tools, as well as Continuous Improvement principles, will be essential in identifying and eliminating waste, reducing variability, and improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
- As a change agent, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage employee participation and engagement in the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to optimize organizational performance and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement action plans for process improvements and provide hands-on support to ensure successful execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and provide training to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Drive the implementation of process improvement as part of the Johnson Controls Management System (JCMS) and ensure its integration and alignment vertically and horizontally across the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies that drive ongoing process improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement, including a track record of successful project delivery and organizational transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies and tools, such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban, Standardized Work, Leader Standard Work, etc.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Salary
$115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience.
