Data Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Specialist to join our team in a leadership role. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of data administrators, establishing clear performance goals, and conducting regular evaluations.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated supervisory experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in PTC Windchill PLM, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor the team of Engineering Data Administrators
- Establish clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
- Collaborate with various departments to define data requirements and implement effective data management practices
- Evaluate and supervise change requests, assessing impacts on design, manufacturing, and project timelines
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience.
