Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and handling of all raw and finished goods inventory, as well as supervising all warehousing functions.

">This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in supply chain management and inventory control to drive efficient operations and optimize inventory levels. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will ensure accountability for all physical materials within the organization and enforce adherence to legislative, safety, and organizational policies and procedures.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the handling of all raw and finished goods inventory;">
- Supervise all warehousing functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations;">
- Ensure accountability for all physical materials within the organization;">
- Enforce adherence to legislative, safety, and organizational policies and procedures;">
- Lead and develop the materials management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement;">
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate records and efficient operations;">
- Effectively lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts along with reconciliations;">
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless material flow and support production schedules;">
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;">
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs;">
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics to senior management;">
- Perform other duties as required.">

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field;">
- 5+ years' experience in materials management, inventory control, or a similar role;">
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills;">
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;">
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite;">
- Knowledge of legislative and safety regulations related to warehousing and materials handling;">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">

What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
