Transportation Solutions Business Development Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Alberta. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business growth, providing product and value-added program support to existing and new clients, and working closely with our internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the bulk and deck industry, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Generate sales from new and existing customers
- Work with internal teams to meet customer needs, drive compliance to forecasted sales thresholds, and clearly communicate customer service level expectations
- Maintain a robust sales funnel capable of delivering incremental revenue at or above goals
- Accurately manage current pipeline content via CRM platforms
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers on project progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
- Present data to customers, team members, and stakeholders through regular customer meetings and presentations
The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the transport industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
As a Sales Executive with TF Energy Solutions, you can expect:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license required
