Job Overview
Award-winning AE Concrete is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our precast concrete solutions in the civil infrastructure market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive business development initiatives.

AE Concrete specializes in delivering standard and custom civil precast solutions, including water, electrical, and communication vaults, chambers, trenches, box culverts, street light bases, and more. Your Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities aligned with our company objectives. This involves researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential new markets for our precast concrete solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to inform product development strategies and market expansion plans.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our precast concrete solutions, including its features, benefits, and applications.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales, preferably in the manufacturing, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
