We are the Bo Truckers Ltd., a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • HR Support: Collaborate with the HR department to coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including staff, management, and external partners.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
