We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Peaceful Passing. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.



Responsibilities


  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging travel, itineraries, and making reservations.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
