MUNDAIR CONSULTING LTD. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also plan and control budgets and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Requirements: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
