About the Role:
As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and responding to telephone and electronic enquiries.
- Compiling data, managing office supplies, and performing manual and computerized information filing.
- Developing and maintaining reports, records, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
