Job Title: Senior Learning and Development Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to enhance our training initiatives within the Compensation teams. This position involves the creation of effective training programs tailored to meet the needs of our employees across various levels. You will assess both learner and organizational requirements, develop comprehensive training materials, and independently manage a variety of projects. Your project management expertise will be essential in delivering diverse training solutions that encompass technical, operational, and interpersonal elements relevant to the Compensation field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate content and establish educational objectives
  • Design, develop, and sustain training methodologies and programs
  • Create training materials and assessments as required
  • Incorporate educational content as necessary
  • Remain updated on best practices in training, learning retention, and integration technologies
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the training offerings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Training Management, Educational Technology, or a related discipline
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (experience in the insurance sector is a plus)
  • Proven experience in developing large-scale training initiatives
  • Strong skills in project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Articulate (RISE, Storyline), and Adobe (Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written)
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Customer-focused with a positive demeanor
  • Adaptability to frequent changes
  • Strong organizational and agile project management capabilities
  • Creativity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit
