Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned District Manager to lead our Outside Sales team in Montreal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for selling Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to new and existing clients in person and virtually. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing consultative business partnerships to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources, and Payroll Administrators, as well as Small Business Owners and other key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HCM solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in field sales within finance, business, banking, or related industries
  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a quota-driven environment
  • Experience running a full sales cycle from prospecting, vetting, presenting, and closing deals
  • Ability to create own leads and build out own territory
  • Bilingual in both French and English
  • Access to a car and valid driver's license

  • Background in managing client relationships with financial institutions
  • Aptitude in employing consultative selling methodologies
