About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Maple Crest Inn. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining databases.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
    • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Communication
    • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate with clients and vendors to provide excellent customer service.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
    • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
