About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Maple Crest Inn. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, managing supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, and quick learner
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Hours: 32 hours per week
