About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Challenger. This individual will play a crucial role in driving profitable sales growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Identify potential sales prospects for further development and closure
  • Closure of sales and achievement of quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Conduct effective online demos for prospects
  • Work closely with all departments during the onboarding process for secured business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within the Transportation industry (TL Sales)
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
