Sales Growth Strategist

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Challenger. This individual will play a crucial role in driving profitable sales growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Identify potential sales prospects for further development and closure
- Closure of sales and achievement of quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects
- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Conduct effective online demos for prospects
- Work closely with all departments during the onboarding process for secured business
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development within the Transportation industry (TL Sales)
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
