We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Modash OÜ. As a key player in driving business growth, you'll be responsible for building relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals.

About the Role:

  • Manage your time effectively to prioritize high-impact tasks and drive sales growth
  • Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of each buyer's personality and business goals
  • Create awareness about the importance of influencer marketing strategies and the uniqueness of our solution
  • Gain control over the sales cycle and maintain close contact with customers throughout the process
  • Deliver effective discussions to help buyers determine if Modash is a good fit for their marketing goals
  • Analyze success and plan action internally

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in closing deals, preferably in a SaaS company or fast-growing startup environment
  • Broad knowledge of B2B sales, challenger sale, and questions-based selling
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Curiosity, empathy, and resilience to overcome obstacles and rejection
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on personal performance, progress, and goals
