As a Sales Leadership and Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting using Outreach.io.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), successes, and areas for improvement.

About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus.
  • With 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, you possess a deep understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • You are a results-driven professional with a strong ability to get things done, adapt to changing circumstances, and lead by example.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on your location and level of experience.
