Job Summary

This is an exciting new role at the forefront of our next major growth phase. As a Digital Growth Strategist, you will play a critical part in spearheading our company's growth and contributing to best practices. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, requiring a strong understanding of outreach strategies and SaaS-based sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential customers within our defined market/segment strategy for our software platform.
  • Build creative and impactful outbound sequences consisting of various methods (email, call, LinkedIn) to drive interest, develop rapport, and set qualified demos for Field Sellers.
  • Vet, contact, and drive action across inbounds stemming from intent-based sources.
  • Learn and master how to successfully overcome objections, generate trust, and excitement from potential customers.
  • Gain critical skills in the sales process, such as meeting preparation, follow-up, and closing.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-5 years of experience as an SDR in the AdTech industry.
  • Intelligent, infinitely curious, and driven to succeed in sales and growth roles.
  • Hard-working and persistent, putting in time before and after meetings to deliver great results.
  • High EQ, valuing kindness and positive working relationships above all else.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your location and relevant experience. Additionally, full-time roles are eligible for a bonus, equity, and benefits, including hybrid work, vacation, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and retirement plans.
