Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Business Development and Growth Strategist to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, revenue, and expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience in policy development, project planning, and venture capital sourcing, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop policies and procedures to drive business growth and improvement
  • Plan and execute development projects to achieve strategic objectives
  • Sources and secures new venture capital opportunities to fuel growth
  • Respond to inquiries from the business community regarding development opportunities
  • Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on industry trends and best practices
  • Analyze marketing data to inform business decisions
  • Evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to identify opportunities and risks
  • Design and conduct market research studies to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials to promote the company's brand and services
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure high standards of quality and excellence
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business strategy
  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and sales
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary business licenses
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia to share knowledge and expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting commitments and deadlines
