About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at STAN AI. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for guiding Enterprise Property Management firms through the STAN setup experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of STAN's suite of tools, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations.
  • Customer Onboarding: Manage all assigned customer onboardings and ensure the successful launch of STAN AI across their real estate portfolio.
  • Technical Support: Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new STAN customers with their AI deployment.
  • Communication: Lead successful kick-off calls to communicate account setup requirements and expectations with key stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Monitor setup progress on accounts, identify potential risks, and guide next steps.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and provide technical solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Success Managers, Bot Review, and Development teams to deliver world-class client experiences.
  • Customer Advocacy: Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and operational objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepen relationships with existing customer stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent outgoing communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in SaaS - Client Onboarding, Customer Service, and/or Customer Success.
  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain them to others.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM software, Project Management, and CS Platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical and creative in finding solutions for customers.
  • Education: Relevant Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to expectation set with customers.
