We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to enhance our operations. This team is structured into three key functional areas, allowing for comprehensive training and development within the investment management sector while delivering top-notch service.

Key Functional Areas
  • Client Onboarding and Compliance
  • Transfers and Transactions
  • Client Administration
Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with investment products, services, and regulatory frameworks
  • Participate in the development of processes and technology enhancements
  • Prepare necessary client documentation, establish new accounts, and facilitate asset transfers
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for client documentation
  • Utilize various software platforms to maintain data integrity and organize client files
  • Process specific transactional requests and manage cash settlements as required
  • Reconcile transfers, ensuring all assets are accurately accounted for
  • Maintain accurate client information in our CRM system
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient administrative skills with a proactive approach to process improvement
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of multitasking
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Sound judgment with the ability to set clear expectations and make informed decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of private client services and investment management practices is advantageous
