Position Overview:
The Franchise Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring a seamless transition to restaurant ownership. This position will work closely with franchise owners, their leadership teams, and other stakeholders to provide guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with new franchisees to develop a comprehensive onboarding plan, ensuring a smooth transition to restaurant ownership.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new franchisees, including pre-opening training and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with franchisees, their teams, and management to ensure a productive and efficient onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address any operational or logistical challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quick service restaurant operations, retail, food and beverage, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present operational information to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
