Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Intermediate Supplier Onboarding Specialist to manage new supplier requests and onboard them with our procurement systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier risk management, supplier master data, and supplier onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new supplier requests and onboard them with our procurement systems, including SAP Ariba's Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) module.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate onboarding, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring open communication and transparency.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence on new suppliers to ensure compliance with our procurement policies.
  • Work closely with our procurement team to ensure seamless integration of new suppliers into our procurement systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in supplier risk management, supplier master data, or supplier onboarding role.
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP Ariba's Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) module required.
  • Experience with ticket management in ServiceNow.
  • Direct communication with suppliers regarding sensitive information is required.
