Job Summary

The Manager at OTG Management is the management leader responsible for all day-to-day concept operations and the training of newly hired assistant managers. This position is accountable for business and training results in support of operational goals and for supporting assistant managers, crew members, and newly hired crew members in implementing training and achieving established key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Promotes an attitude of pride, cooperation, and success in the unit and with all crew members. Provides leadership to the crew members and newly hired crew members in the unit.
  2. Operational Excellence: Directs the assistant managers and crew members to achieve company standards. Establishes and maintains the highest standards for food and beverage quality and customer service.
  3. Training and Development: Accountable for crew members and newly hired crew members to achieve established goals and training paths. Oversees the administration and validation process for all newly hired crew members.
  4. Financial Management: Directs the team toward achieving the unit's service and financial goals. Maintains a positive work environment for the management team and all crew members.
  5. Safety and Compliance: Provides a workplace free from hazards, following all safety policies set forth by the company, and conforming to any laws and regulations related to the workplace.
Requirements
  1. Degree in hospitality or culinary field is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in restaurants or retail, preferably overseeing multi-unit concepts.
  3. Proficient knowledge of P&L budgeting and forecasting.
  4. Experience with P&L Analysis is a must.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Must be able to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions.
