Hospitality Operations Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Hospitality Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing the activities of our restaurant network to guarantee outstanding hospitality and enhance the Guest experience through collaboration with both team members and Guests.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the operations team to develop and execute tailored Customer Service strategies for each restaurant, ensuring alignment with the overarching national objectives.
· Guide a team of Hospitality Leaders to deliver exceptional hospitality, implement effective sales strategies, uphold merchandising standards, and adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.
· Evaluate restaurant Customer Service metrics through analytical tools and site visits; pinpoint opportunities for improvement and optimize Guest-focused resources to boost sales and operational efficiency.
· Initiate and assess new programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance and profitability, in consultation with the Operations team and aligned with national strategy.
· Proactively identify and address the needs of employees and Guests.
· Stay informed about emerging industry trends and innovations, striving to continuously enhance the Guest experience through collaboration with the Operations team and in accordance with national strategies.
Qualifications:
· Proven management or leadership experience with a track record of successfully guiding and developing teams.
· At least 5 years of experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality sector.
· Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various levels within the organization.
· Excellent communication abilities to foster lasting relationships.
· Capability to navigate challenging situations while maintaining positive relations with Guests.
· Commitment to enhancing the Guest experience through proactive anticipation of their needs.
· A personal vehicle is necessary for travel during the workday.
Work Environment:
The role will primarily take place in restaurant settings, with work hours potentially including evenings and weekends. Travel will be required within the market area, with occasional trips outside the market for workshops or training sessions.
