- Program Development: Launch and evaluate new programs and initiatives that impact business performance and profitability, in consultation with our operations team.
- Employee and Customer Needs: Anticipate and proactively address employee and customer needs to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and proactively seek opportunities to innovate and improve the customer experience.
- Leadership Experience: Previous management or leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Culture of Excellence: A passion for driving a culture of excellence and customer experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Travel Requirements: A personal vehicle is required for travel throughout the workday, with occasional travel outside the market area for training and development.
The working environment will consist of restaurant settings, with hours of work including evenings and weekends. Travel will be within the market area, with occasional travel outside the market area for training and development.
Compensation and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits including travel allowance, medical and dental benefits, and discounted/free meals.
