Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Hospitality Market Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant network. This role is crucial in ensuring outstanding hospitality and enhancing the overall Guest experience through effective leadership and collaboration with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team in crafting and executing tailored Customer Service strategies for each restaurant, aligning with the broader national objectives.
- Lead a team of Hospitality Leaders to deliver exceptional service, implement effective sales strategies, uphold merchandising standards, and adhere to restaurant policies.
- Evaluate Customer Service performance through analytical assessments and site visits, identifying opportunities to optimize Guest-focused resources for improved sales and operational efficiency.
- Initiate and assess new programs and strategies that enhance business performance and profitability, in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Proactively anticipate and address the needs of both employees and Guests.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations, striving to enhance the Guest experience through continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated management or leadership experience with a proven track record in developing and guiding teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various levels within the organization.
- Excellent communication abilities to foster lasting relationships.
- Capability to navigate challenging situations while maintaining positive relations with Guests.
- Commitment to enhancing the Guest experience through proactive engagement.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for travel is required.
Work Environment:
This role will primarily take place in restaurant settings, with potential evening and weekend hours. Travel within the market area is expected, along with occasional trips outside the area for professional development opportunities.
